Your coach

Nick Jaison. Personal trainer, transformation coach, founder of Thrive Coaching Club.

I went from 122kg to 82kg and kept it off. Then I spent 8 years learning how to coach other people to do the same without restarting every January.

My own journey changed how I coach yours

Nick Jaison before and after losing 40 kilograms

At my heaviest I was 122kg. I knew what I should be doing. I could never make it stick long enough. Every restart began with a perfect plan and ended with a bad week I did not know how to recover from.

What changed was not a better plan. It was standards I could keep when life got hard, and someone to answer to. I lost 40kg and it stayed off. That is the thing I now coach: not the six weeks, the years after.

That is why I do not coach people with perfect plans. I coach people to build standards they can actually keep when life gets hard.

Credentials and experience

How I coach

01

Clear

You know what to train, what to eat, what to track and what matters this week. No guessing.

02

Reviewed

Every week I look at what actually happened with your food, steps and training, and adjust before things drift.

03

Supported

If you are stuck, unsure or tempted to sack it off, you message me. That is the difference.

The standard is simple. We do not start over every time life gets messy. We look at what happened, fix the gap, and keep moving. The plan bends. The standard does not.

The Thrive Coaching Club

Every coaching client joins the Club: a weekly padel club and running club, a monthly training club, walk and coffee meetups, a Bible club for anyone who wants it, and a monthly webinar. None of it is mandatory. Most people who join for the coaching stay for the people.

Watch the Club film on YouTube, or follow along on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
